1. Scope of Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how MesaLuxe Property Services, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as MesaLuxe Cleaning Co. ("MesaLuxe," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with mesaluxe.com (the "Site") and the booking, quote, and account features made available through it.
This Policy governs how we handle information; it does not restate the terms governing your relationship with MesaLuxe as a client, including our cancellation policy, payment terms, satisfaction guarantee, or the mechanics of SMS and email marketing consent, each of which remains governed exclusively by our Terms of Use. Where this Policy and the Terms of Use both touch on the same subject, the Terms of Use controls as to the mechanics of that subject, and this Policy controls as to how the underlying information is handled.
2. Information You Provide Directly
When you request a quote, book a service, create an account, or otherwise contact our office, you may provide us with information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. Where you consent to marketing communications under our Terms of Use, we retain that consent record together with your contact information.
3. Information Collected in the Course of Service
Providing a cleaning service inside your home occasionally requires us to collect information beyond what you submit through a form. This may include a home entry code, the location of a key, the names of household members or pets our technicians should be aware of, or similar operational details noted by our office or technicians so that your service is performed correctly and safely. We collect this information solely to fulfill your service and do not use it for marketing purposes.
4. Payment Information
Card payments are processed through Wix Payments. MesaLuxe does not receive, view, or store your full card number; it is transmitted directly to Wix's payment infrastructure and handled under Wix's own security and compliance controls, described further in Section 10.
5. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and the analytics and advertising tools identified in Section 6 automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you navigate the Site. This information helps us understand how visitors use the Site and where it can be improved. The Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
6. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to schedule and perform the cleaning services you request; to communicate with you regarding your account, bookings, and service history; to process payment for completed work; to maintain quality control over the service our technicians provide; to understand and improve how the Site functions; and, where you have separately consented under our Terms of Use, to send you marketing communications.
7. Photos and Media
Our technicians may photograph completed work in your home to document quality and support internal training. We treat these photographs as strictly internal unless you separately and affirmatively consent to their use in our marketing.
Where you consent to marketing use, we may feature photographs of your home on our website, social media, or in promotional materials, without identifying you personally by name or address. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing legal@mesaluxe.com. Once notified, we will discontinue any new use of the photograph, though we cannot retrieve copies already published or shared by others before your request reached us.
8. Smart Home Devices and Recording
Many of the homes we service are equipped with security cameras, video doorbells, or similar recording devices. MesaLuxe does not access, request, or retain footage captured by any device you own. If an active camera or recording device is present in an area where our technicians will be working, we ask only that you be aware they may be recorded by your own equipment during the visit.
Where you provide a smart lock code or comparable digital access credential, we use it only to enter your property at the scheduled appointment time, and we do not retain it beyond what is necessary to service your account.
9. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
The Site uses the following tools:
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand Site traffic and usage patterns;
Meta Pixel, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and, where enabled, to present MesaLuxe advertisements to individuals who have previously visited the Site; and
Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors interact with individual pages so that we can improve them.
These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and may share information about your visit with Google and Meta under their own respective privacy policies. You may limit this by adjusting your browser's cookie settings, using Google's Ads Settings, using Meta's ad preferences, or transmitting a recognized browser-level opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control, which we honor to the extent our platform is able to detect and process it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
10. Data Security
The Site and our booking and payment systems are hosted on Wix, which maintains SOC 2 Type II certification and PCI DSS Level 1 compliance for payment processing, encrypts data in transit over HTTPS/TLS, and encrypts stored data using AES-256 encryption. Within MesaLuxe, access to client information is limited to office staff who require it to schedule and manage your service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information you provide to us. MesaLuxe will never call or text you asking for your full card number or an account password; if you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for this information, do not respond, and contact our office directly to verify it.
11. AI-Assisted Tools
Inquiries submitted through the Site's chat feature may be answered by an AI assistant, by our office staff, or by both in sequence. Where our staff make use of AI tools internally, such as to help draft a response to a client inquiry, we do not input your account credentials, payment information, or home access details into any AI tool outside the Wix platform.
12. How We Disclose Your Information
We disclose information only as necessary to operate our business: to Wix, our website, booking, and payment platform; to the analytics and advertising partners identified in Section 9; and where required to comply with the law, a subpoena, or a court order, or to protect the safety of our clients, technicians, or property.
MesaLuxe is independently owned and operated. We are not part of a franchise network, and we do not disclose your information to affiliated brands or franchisees for their own marketing purposes, because none exist.
13. SMS and Mobile Information
MesaLuxe will not share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and this exclusion applies regardless of any other information-sharing practice described elsewhere in this Policy. We may share your phone number with the third-party platform that transmits our text messages on our behalf, solely to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive. 14. Data Retention
We disclose information only as necessary to operate our business: to Wix, our website, booking, and payment platform; to the analytics and advertising partners identified in Section 9; and where required to comply with the law, a subpoena, or a court order, or to protect the safety of our clients, technicians, or property.

15. Unsolicited Information
If you send us personal information unrelated to any request you have made of us, such as in an email to our office, we do not treat that as an invitation to retain or use it, and we will delete it once your inquiry has been resolved, unless we are otherwise required to retain it under this Policy.
16. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and consistent with the eligibility requirements set out in our Terms of Use, our Services are intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13); if we learn that we have inadvertently done so, we will take reasonable steps to delete it from our records.
17. Job Applicants
This Policy applies to visitors to the Site and to our clients; it does not govern how we handle information submitted by job applicants, which is addressed separately in this Section. When you apply for a position with MesaLuxe through the Site's application form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, contact information, availability, and work history, along with any resume or references you choose to submit. Where a position would place you inside a client's home, we may also ask your consent to conduct a background check through a third-party screening provider as a condition of employment.
We use applicant information solely to evaluate your candidacy, communicate with you about your application, and, if you are hired, to establish your personnel record. We do not use applicant information for marketing purposes, and we retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate your application or as required by applicable employment law.
18. Your Choices
You may decline optional cookies through your browser or through the mechanisms described in Section 9. You may withdraw consent to the marketing use of photographs as described in Section 7. You may manage your SMS and email marketing preferences as described in our Terms of Use. For any other question regarding your information, or to ask that we update, correct, or delete it, email legal@mesaluxe.com, and we will respond to you directly.
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. Where we make a material change, we will post the revised Policy to the Site together with a new effective date and, where we have an email address on file for you, notify you directly before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Site following such an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
